据说，这首1983年问世的曲子原是为纪念甲克虫乐队（The Beatles）被枪杀的主唱约翰·列侬（John Lennon）而作。 1980年12月8日，马克?查普曼伪装成一个歌迷，在列侬的公寓旁边徘徊了很久。那天晚上，当列侬从录音棚返回家中的时候，查普曼请列侬在他的签字本上签名。当时他内心曾进行过激烈的斗争，但最后仍然举起手枪朝着列侬的后背连开了5枪。 和Moonlight Shadow中所写的He was shot six times by a man on the run类似
话说原来只知道是首很古老的歌，没想到竟然是1983的曲子，这首歌翻唱了很多个版本，不过个人比较喜欢这一首，而且其他版本的没有找到mv，只是本人电脑里收藏了几个mp3，不过本地音乐分享太麻烦了，就不献丑了！

舞动精灵唱过这首歌的两个版本，一个是舞曲，一个是清唱的忧伤版，我很喜欢那个忧伤版的，不过也是此时，才知道这首歌的渊源，谢谢。

这首歌我一直很喜欢，演唱者的声音是女音中为数不多可以用清亮来形容的歌手，类似于香港陈慧娴，声线完美，英语吐词清楚流利，没有想到她的LIVE版还如此有实力，让我惊讶。
不过CD版的更安静，适合晚上一个人听。歌曲的前半部分安静，后半部分欢快，歌词也朗朗上口，很好学。
初次听到这个歌似乎是在WAR3的视频里，作为暗夜精灵的背景音乐。现在一听到这个歌就想起那些坐在电脑前疯狂操作的青春年代。
