四川冷吃兔
材料:鲜兔肉250克,姜,大葱,料酒,辣椒,酱油,糖,醋,味精适量

做法:

1.先把兔子肉去骨切成2厘米见方的丁;/?-g

2.然后码上一点盐和料酒。再把姜切片,大葱切段,码到兔子肉里;m'Vn1gh9U X0y
3.码好以后静置20-30分钟。然后把干辣椒剪成2厘米长的辣椒桶。要吃辣点就多剪点。

4.20分钟后把兔子肉里的姜片和葱段挑出来。&E1u!C$f]#q1x
5.放油进锅子里,油辣了放八角大料进去呛锅,油要多放些,能没过兔子肉最好。下兔肉进去。翻几下,不让肉沾锅。 u%z6nV,A1X

往里放酱油把刚才挑出来的姜片葱段下锅翻两下。$uQWRz
6.放点糖和醋把辣椒放进去,翻几下起锅之前放一点味精。K/f#_X5h;B"p
