麻食
麻食是一种又叫“猫耳朵”的面食,似乎只有陕西人才给它冠以这个奇怪的名字。烩麻食是陕西关中的一种家庭小吃,尤其在西安及其周边地区十分的流行。手工麻食口味筋道,汤料味道浓郁,汤中配上自己喜欢的时令蔬菜,更是可以做出百变的花样。虽说万变不离其宗,它总归是麻食,但可以尽着自己的性情变汤变菜,又能吃到特色的麻食,岂不快哉!

我准备的配菜是胡萝卜,土豆,瘦肉,葱.把材料都切成丁,可别嫌麻烦啊,吃起来可香呢.I8kz$P/{'F#O

面醒好后擀成约半厘米厚,然后用刀切成宽窄均匀的条.

炒配菜,把淹好的肉丁先下锅炒香盛出备用.

再把葱爆香,下胡萝卜丁,土豆丁翻炒,加高汤(没有高汤开水也可以),加盐,酱油调味.&F2| z_3E6U%JAO
最后加入炒好的肉丁,搅拌均匀即可.4VVBv,k*Z6@
青菜用开水抄熟捞出.

麻食另起锅,用开水煮熟.

将所有配菜浇在煮好的麻食上,就可以开吃拉!
