韩式绿豆饼

绿豆,糯米,猪肉(OR牛肉),盐,味精,料酒,香油(OR麻油),酱油,姜,葱,大蒜等

二.制作:1.把糯米和绿豆浸泡1-2小时(糯米:绿豆=2:1)

也可把绿豆在开水中稍微煮一下,这样可以去除绿豆生青气味;S~$WFd9@L

4.把猪肉(牛肉)切成丝或做成肉糜,加入生姜,料酒,葱,大蒜,香油(麻油),盐,味精,酱油,料酒等搅拌

5.热锅加入适量色拉油,待油7分烫时用汤勺舀适量绿豆糊放入锅中煎炸

注意:绿豆饼做时要掌握厚度,太厚里面不容易熟而外面却成焦糊状,太薄难成形,绿豆尤其是绿豆皮中含有大量解毒物质,夏天食用可起到清热解毒,防止中暑的作用!
