白灼墨鱼花

新鲜的墨鱼口味偏于清淡,没有其它海产的鲜美或清甜,所以需要借助酱料调味。其最大特点是爽脆细嫩的口感和雪白的肉质,卖相很好。以往的做法都是酱爆,或充当海鲜炒面/炒河粉里的配料之一。

墨鱼比较容易摆布折腾,想搞点花样,做法就尽量简单 - 白灼。
