香酥红糟骨

材料与制作:小排骨一大塊洗淨,切成三块放进开水用中火煮一小时拿出切条备用.蒜末,美極醬油,料酒,蜜糖(颜色光亮),紅糟四大匙,味精,盐一起拌勻,放熟排骨进去醃4-6小時左右.热油锅,大火炸成香酥,盛出凉后摆盘,余下的醃汁再开小火煮至稠,倒在小碟做沾汁.[/size]
