丝瓜饼
小时候,只有夏天才有的吃的,因为丝瓜只有夏天有,现在嘛,啥时候都能吃了,只是我还是只有夏天在做,作孽呢! 6}3}!DKr i&W \ c
原料:

丝瓜,鸡蛋,面粉,小葱,料酒,盐,鸡精,水,油

做法:

1.丝瓜去皮,洗净,切成小沫,加盐腌制一会,待出水后就可以了

2.鸡蛋打散倒入面粉中,搅拌,面粉中加入盐,鸡精,丝瓜,小葱沫搅拌。E}/K5K;SU T)r
3.依据步骤2中的面粉搅拌情况加水,搅拌成面糊状!可以看图!水的量自己拿捏!

4.锅里放油,比平时烧菜的稍微多点,待油烧热后,加适量的面糊,煎还是炸就看你放的油的量,我是放成汤的勺子一勺下去做个碗口大的饼的,也可以做成小块的,谁叫我懒呢!在锅里分块滴!-PM

5.煎成两面金黄色就OK了哦!出锅!!}I\p

看看丝瓜饼的制作过程吧!其实挺简单的!面糊做好以后煎就可以了,就是煎的时候有点小热,我做的比较多,也不是按照什么做多少份用多少面的那样记录的,只是老公比较喜欢吃,做的比较多,每样配料的多少都自己拿捏滴!要香一点就多放点丝瓜和小葱!t:n1vCxcqk&I
看图看过程吧! 有部分过程是来不及拍的,面粉如何变面糊?加水就OK得,我也不好一边加水一边拍呢! $C;Y$`8M0o+R*a"`
在完成的面糊中加料酒,在煎的过程中不会因为面糊中的水而溅油,跟炸丸子一样,不必拿个锅盖挡住,同时炸出来的东西会比较松软哦I+b)U*}uw7@
