[font=Verdana]锅里放油,烧到7,8成热再放入南瓜条炸,时间2到3分钟,南瓜条里面软了就可以了 ,可以用筷子什么的按一下看里面软了没有[/font]"Au#Ok3}dv
[font=Verdana]倒出来之后(炸好的南瓜条从油里捞出来),锅里留点油,放咸蛋黄粉慢火炒两下变这样后放一点盐,味精和鸡精,再搅匀,[/font]
