1:鸭切件,薄荷洗净,子姜切片

3:油锅爆香子姜,再下薄荷炒香,再倒入鸭肉,炒均匀

紫姜炒鴨的加強版啊,不過感覺薄荷炒得比較過火了,不知道可不可以榨汁淋上去,炒熟后再配以新鮮薄荷,顏色上會好看很多。
