懒人粥品简单做
号称“铜墙铁壁”的偶滴胃现在年久失修 ,周五的时候去茶餐厅吃饭,只好点个粥喝~~#O'`'b-^,P Q{

原料:鸡胸肉、蔬菜(呵呵,偷懒,于是就用的了点速冻的)、黄酒、盐、大米和糯米 [

PS:我是在欧尚买的去皮的那种,省得回来自己搞了,直接切丝就可以了

鸡胸肉切丝,偶想反正肉肉烧了是会缩掉的,就瞎切切,不是很细的p3J;?qbz

2 鸡丝放盐和料酒腌制,用手抓抓,可以搅拌均匀~

料酒可以去去腥味,因为是隔天起来烧的,我是腌了一个晚上的,应该比较入味吧

应该是很美味的早餐,不过看起来工序也不算简单,要我就白粥鸡蛋算了,呵呵

感觉熬粥那是相当费时间,有那功夫直接一包方便面解决了事
