1、锅里坐水,放入排骨,水最好淹过排骨5cm,这样做出来的排骨比较嫩气,鸡肉嫩滑;

3、排骨锅里撇去浮沫,捞出,温水清洗干净,放进卤水锅里,煮半个小时。

4、青笋用盐腌一下,挤干水分;木耳温水发开,过沸水,冷水漂清。
