1、马蹄具有清热润肺、生津消滞、舒肝明目、利气通化的作用,也可以用鲜百合代之,百合则有润肺止咳、清心安神之效。Lt.ZkPE\
2、南瓜盅要提前下锅清蒸一下,倒入糖水再清蒸时,会比较容易熟,还可节省时间;此外,南瓜盅清蒸后,里面会有积水,应倒出。

3、南瓜的质地较硬,制作南瓜盅时,刀要锋利,下手要稳,要小心别切伤手。

看着就很想吃呀,看这手艺估计我做不出来,不知道甜品店有没这道甜品盅卖呢,很想试试味道。
