The protagonist of this game is Koji Sakuragi, an examinee university student. In his apartment complex, he lives with his father Akira and side by side with Koyuki Fujieda, his classmate, neighroor and childhood friend.
But he didn't set his eyes on her. Instead, he fell in love with her mother, the beatiful, gentle and young-looking widow Ryoko Fujieda, an old friend of his father.
Now he's trying to get a secret relationship with her, but many people of that complex are messing with his plans, including his playboy father and a crazy big-breasted american woman who is the daughter of his father's friend and - according to her - his own fiancee.
