3、不同牌子的辣白菜,其酸辣度不同,烹调前可先试味,如果辣白菜较酸的话,就要加点白糖来中和酸味。c V:E,lG
4、五花肉应选肥瘦相间,肥肉较少的,应先将五花肉煸出余油,再用来煮泡菜汤,否则成菜会过于肥腻。6B
