先将通心粉煮九分熟(吃起來有点硬又不太硬),在水里可加一点点盐,防止用时因冷却而粘在一起,别煮术熟,因为之后还有要经过一道炒的手续,且食物会有后熟的现象_N$UHl0d gNq@4F*x
