炒牛角蚌 - 这东西只要新鲜生勐,怎么做都错不了。
(1)牛角蚌打开后取其裙边和那长相略嫌暧昧但口感一流的器官,用粗盐错洗干净,除去黏液;带子片薄,一起烫飞水。
(2)配料可按个人喜爱,我用甜椒,蒜/嫩姜片,青蒜。
(3)调味料 :少许料酒,生抽,川味红油。
做法 :两大匙油烧热,放进配料爆香,加入牛角蚌,所有材料快速翻炒片刻即可。[/size]
